Shada Edris Mansour

Shada is the Deputy Director of the Communities Department at Hand in Hand. As part of her position, Shada is responsible for building and developing Hand in Hand communities, overseeing community staff and organizing activities for adults, parents, and families. She also is a part of the process of relationship-building with local municipalities and with the Ministry of Education, and leads the process of attaining recognition as a public school. She also develops partnerships with other local organizations and communities, bringing shared living into the local area of the Southern Sharon region of Israel. Shada lives in Tira with her husband and her 7-year-old daughter, who attends the Hand in Hand kindergarten in Beit Berl. Shada is a trained optometrist and is currently doing an MA in public policy in Tel Aviv University.
