Odelia Harel

Odelia holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tel Aviv University. She is also a senior NLP coach and a certified group facilitator with experience in coaching and training managers and group facilitators. She has twenty-five years of experience in human resource management, organizational development and the establishment and development of human resources in business and educational organizations. Odelia began her career as Director of Training and Organizational Development at DHL International, and was later named the company’s VP of Human Resources. After a four-year stay in Berlin with her family, Odelia was appointed VP of Human Resources at the IEL Group and later Human Resources Manager of the Ruppin Academic Center. Odelia joined Hand in Hand as human resource manager in November 2019. She is a native of Tel Aviv, married and mother of two sons, and currently lives in Kfar Hess.
